This stripper fits wire gauges from 0.35mm to 5mm (custom enlarged models available). It thoroughly removes tough insulating varnish, enamel coating, ML film, Isonel film and other insulation layers without damaging copper wire cores.
It is especially suitable for stripping enamel all the way down to the coil base. Equipped with a stripping length stop device, it can precisely control stripping length. It delivers fast, safe stripping operations under low-pollution working conditions.

Step-by-Step Operation Guide of Enameled Wire Stripping Machine
A. Power Connection
Plug the machine into a standard 220V power supply socket.
B. Pre-adjustment of Blades
Remove the safety cover of the blade assembly. Adjust the cutting opening according to your target wire diameter, then loosen the hex socket head cap screws used to fix the blade and positioning block.
C. Fine-tune Cutting Opening
Rotate the adjusting nut to resize the cutting opening: turn clockwise to narrow the gap, counterclockwise to widen it.
- First set the opening slightly larger than the wire diameter;
- Clamp the wire head, hold the enameled wire steadily and slowly turn the adjusting nut until the blades produce slight friction against the wire surface;
- Fully lock all fixing screws after calibration.
D. Limit Pin Setup
Adjust and lock the limit pin, then reinstall the safety protective cover.
E. Start the Motor
Press the power switch to activate the motor.
F. Enamel Stripping Operation
Straighten the enameled wire, feed it flat into the feed inlet, and the machine will automatically strip the insulation layer.
