The FLM-DNB-0001 enameled wire stripping machine delivers superior overall performance compared with traditional old models on the market. It features high stripping precision, low running noise and an elegant streamlined appearance. All core components are manufactured with imported raw materials and premium imported accessories for stable long-term operation.
The machine body adopts spray molding technology, presenting a smooth, durable exterior. The steel wire wheel protective cover is crafted from 304 stainless steel, offering wear resistance dozens of times higher than ordinary iron covers. Equipped with imported dust-proof bearings, the machine ensures reliable quality with low operating noise.
The Enameled Wire Stripping Machine adopts full-contact high-speed steel wire stripping wheels and fiber stripping wheels, which can automatically calibrate wire radian. The machine thoroughly removes rigid insulating varnish, enamel coating, ML film, Isonel film and other insulation layers without scratching copper or aluminum wire cores. It provides fast, safe stripping under non-hazardous, low-pollution working environments.
Applicable wire range: 0.14mm – 3.81mm, compatible with round wires and flat wires, supporting simultaneous processing of multiple enameled wires. Simple operation brings consistent, clean stripping results.

Installation & Operating Instructions of Enameled Wire Stripping Machine
1. Pre-operation Adjustment
Install the matched stripping wheels on the machine. Place the enameled wire between the two stripping wheels, then adjust the wheel clearance to gently clamp the wire. Hold the wire tightly, power on the machine to test the stripping effect. Fine-tune the contact pressure between the two wheels to achieve perfect stripping performance.
2. Standard Stripping Operation
Insert the enameled wire into the gap between the two rotating stripping wheels, then pull the wire out steadily. The high-speed spinning stripping wheels will grind off all insulating varnish and oxide layers completely, leaving a bright, clean bare metal wire ready for winding and soldering.
3. Daily Maintenance of Stripping Wheels
If the nylon fiber stripping wheels become uneven or bumpy during long-term operation, it will lead to broken wires or incomplete varnish removal. Use sandpaper to polish the tapered surfaces flat until the two wheels make full even contact. Regular maintenance can effectively extend the service life of stripping wheels.
4. Wheel Replacement Guide
To replace worn stripping wheels, simply pull out the old wheels from the drive shaft and install new ones to resume production quickly.
Note: Steel wire stripping wheels have a specific installation direction, please follow the mark during assembly.
