FLM-DNB-0004 Enameled Wire Stripping Machine
Product Introduction
The FLM-DNB-0004 enameled wire stripping machine is equipped with our self-developed full-contact conical stripping wheels, delivering reliable and efficient stripping performance. It can completely strip tough insulating varnish, enamel coating, ML film, Isonel film and other insulating layers on copper or aluminum wires without damaging the wire core.
Applicable wire range: AWG43 to AWG22 (0.06–0.6 mm diameter). This machine is specially designed for ultra-fine wires, and it supports simultaneous processing of multiple enameled wires. Featuring simple operation and stable stripping results, it is an essential auxiliary device to match Freeman coil winding machines.

Installation & Operating Instructions of Enameled Wire Stripping Machine
1. Installation and Parameter Adjustment
Install the matched conical fiber wheels on the machine with the tapered side facing up. Place one enameled wire between the two stripping wheels, then adjust the clearance to gently clamp the wire. Hold the wire tightly, turn on the power switch to test the stripping effect. You can adjust the contact pressure between the two wheels to achieve perfect stripping performance.
2. Standard Operating Steps
Insert the enameled wire into the top gap between the two rotating stripping wheels, then pull the wire out slowly. The high-speed rotating conical wheels will grind off the insulating varnish and oxide layers thoroughly. The stripped wire will have a bright, clean metal surface ready for winding and soldering.
3. Wheel Maintenance
If the fiber wheels become uneven or bumpy during operation, broken wires or incomplete stripping will occur. Use sandpaper to polish the tapered surfaces flat until the two wheels fit closely. Regular maintenance can effectively extend the service life of stripping wheels.
The conical wheel design allows full utilization of the wheel surface. You can slide the wheel upward along the shaft collar as the surface wears down. The wheels are directly sleeved on the drive shaft for easy replacement: pull out worn wheels and install new ones to restart production quickly.
