Order Confirmation Orders take effect after both parties sign the Proforma Invoice. All winding machines are custom-made per buyer’s technical requirements.
Return & Refund Rule No return or refund after factory delivery. Returns are only available for confirmed factory production defects verified mutually. Any ordering error or unsuitable parameters caused by buyer’s judgment shall not support return or compensation.
Inspection & Warranty Buyer needs to inspect goods promptly after delivery; visible transport damage requires photo proof for claim. Standard component warranty follows PI agreement; warranty excludes man-made damage and wearing parts.
