Magnetic wire tensioner is an essential auxiliary component matched with automatic coil winding machines, widely adopted in Freeman winding equipment series. It relies on magnetic damping principle to generate stable, consistent wire tension during winding procedures, effectively solving common production defects such as wire breakage, uneven coil winding, offset wire arrangement and inconsistent inductance value of finished coils. Compared with servo tensioners, magnetic tensioners feature simpler structure, lower cost and zero energy consumption, which makes them the preferred tension control part for medium-thick wire, medium and low-precision coil mass production.

Matching Tips
Magnetic wire tensioner is recommended for factories with medium wire diameter and ordinary precision requirements.
